Everyone has a home in music, whether you've just arrived at the welcome mat or have been inside for years. Imagine a band at a campfire sing-along with grownups and kids playing classic songs together...from "Skip to my Lou" to "Shenandoah," from "Yellow Submarine" to "Don't Fence Me In"...So dust off your horn, grab your new fiddle, tune up your guitar—and definitely don't forget your singing pipes—for the Family Band Saturday Jam!

All ages and instruments (including your voice) are welcome!!

Tamsen Fynn knows how to flip flapjacks one-handed as she strums the guitar, belts out a tune, and leads the band through song after song. Don't be fooled by her smile, this ringleader can get a hokey pokey trumpeting round the lobby in the wink of an eye, complete with trombone solos and backing ukuleles. She's been teaching children and performing family shows with her band Orange Sherbet for the past 10 years, released many CDs with award-winning originals, traditionals, and confounding cadences, and managed to wrangle a melody out of many a child and parent. Her background in psychology and child development help her read your mind and reach your heart.
