Registration & Refund Information

You can register for classes and workshops online with a credit card (just click on the "register online" link) or through the Freight box office in person with cash, check, or credit card. Please note that a service charge applies to all credit card transactions. You can also mail a completed registration form and check for tuition to:

POLICY
 ON REFUNDS & CREDITS

We offer a full refund for a class or workshop that we cancel.

We also offer a full refund or credit if you cancel your registration up until 48 hours prior to the first class session or workshop. Submit a written request to the box office or via e-mail to andrea@freightandsalvage.org. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks to process refund requests.

If you drop a class or workshop within 48 hours immediately preceding the first session, or drop a class within 48 hours immediately following the first session, we offer a credit, less a 20% processing fee.

After 48 hours following the start of a class series, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for serious medical or family emergencies.
