Melita's class is engaging and interactive—integrating movement, puppets, and instrument play with original songs as well as traditional favorites. The classes are geared towards 2 to 5 year olds, though they are certainly enjoyable for babies, engaging for older kids, and undeniably fun for parents and care-givers!

*Admission for siblings under 9 months old is free.

Melita Doostan, one of the lead singers of Octopretzel, was a pre-school teacher for many years and now works as a music specialist with young children in many schools and venues in the Bay Area. She also performs as a singer/songwriter and has recorded and co-produced several cds for both children and adults. She is the proud mom of a great little girl and truly loves working with kids.
