Calling all families who love a good show! Come join Octopretzel and Orange Sherbet-two of the Bay Area's favorite family bands-along with the talented young performers of Vaudevillians Stage Troupe, for a very special collaboration: SINGsong Planet! This lively sing-along, dance-along, and play-along extravaganza will feature the bands' original and folk music, brought to life with the assistance of life-sized puppets and the Bay Area's own Vaudevillians Stage Troupe!

Octopretzel delights audiences with their interactive songs, delicious harmonies, and unique ability to engage young audiences. Comprised of five local musicians and educators, the group offers whimsical original songs as well as tried and true traditional favorites, weaving together styles such as bluegrass, rock n roll, and lullabies with African drumming, klezmer fiddling, and lyrics in Spanish, Hebrew, and even Quechua.

Orange Sherbet plays hip music for kids everywhere. With a touch of jazz, a touch of funky, and lots of roots, the band swings a nice groove when it's time to jump & dance!

Vaudevillians Stage Troupe (VaST) is a super-talented group of 5- to 13-year-old artists of all stripes, from actors and singers to acrobats, dreamers, and snake-oil salesmen. Seasoned performers, they have already graced the stage at venues like 142Throckmorton, The Cow Palace, and 6 Flags Discovery Kingdom. Tonight, they interpret the bands' music with large puppets and skits, as well as providing a backup chorus.
